About ETA

Our mission is to help leaders have the greatest impact on their teams and their organizations.  We believe that having the right people in the right roles, at the right times, doing the right things, in the right way drives optimal business results.

Leaders benefit from having trusted advisors, knowing that they cannot accomplish their goals alone.  We appreciate that being a leader is challenging and often lonely.  Even the best leaders need help to achieve their goals and we are uniquely positioned to provide assistance.

We understand human behavior, performance, complex business environments and competing agendas.  The time we invest thinking about and working with leaders and their organizations positions us to have valuable insight into how to help them be most successful.

We respect the difficult position leaders are in and we work with them to help solve their most important people-related problems.  We do not judge.  Our role is to provide a point of view but never to confuse who is leading the company.  It as a privilege to serve our clients.

Sheila has been providing consulting services to me for years in multiple organizations. From direct coaching, to talent assessments and on boarding processes, her expertise, advice and information has been extremely valuable. That value turns into ‘real’ business outcomes and a better culture to do business in. She is quick to understand business situations and offer tools to solve problems. She is a trusted confidant and partner.
